This is cool. I can't imagine how this structure doesn't sway in the wind but its been standing since 1983!!!

It kinda made you dizzy to look up at it. DH was boasting about rapelling off a building in Ottawa during ERT training that was one story higher! :0

I would love to see this at night time.
