My little Nancy has had some trying years which are hopefully behind her. You will remember how we almost lost her one Christmas and I rushed out to B.C. Yep, should have seen the kids blood pressure rise when I started talking to her and she opened her eyes and saw me standing there. She was probably thinking, thank God I am in a hospital cause she is gonna kick my ass. I secretly did want to but I am just so very thankful she is still here with us.
Last June we had some more troubles. Nancy has done SO very well in her progress. She suffered from a stroke which she recovered from. The doctors told us she might not be able to read or write. Now, she's a textaholic. She had heart valve surgery at the same time. So now, she's good to go. She only has one little flaw. Apparently from all the medications and antibiotics she is now deaf. My poor little thing. The thing I like about it though is that I can call her names and she can't hear me.

Anyways, my little sister was pissed that I had never done a blog post about her so here it is. Here are a couple of things that you might not know about Nancy. She is very funny. Oh man, does she make me laugh. (My bum is on your lips Nanc). She hates tomatoes and mushrooms. She'll try anything once. Her favorite flowers are snapdragons. She's a kid at heart. She LOVES Winnie the Pooh. She likes to do rug hooks and other crafts. And most importantly she's a great Auntie.
