NEW SLED & A TRIP TO THE PEG

Note to self: To not take DH to the city again! Him the way he is, he made it for a miserable visit. His condition has taken SO much enjoyment away from the things we do as a family I cannot begin to mention it. You can understand when people throw the term PTSD around as loosely as they do how VERY ANNOYING it is to me. I think if they walked a mile in my shoes they might not use the term when referring to their PTSD and issues like they do!!! LOSERS. Enough said. We went to the Peg to pick up our new purchase. It was our first trip in the new truck but we couldn't really gauge fuel mileage because we had the trailer attached. Anyways, the sled is here, in the garage and both kids are really excited to ride. This Winter will be LP's first time. Tomorrow we head to B-town for another allergy/asthma appointment for LM and to drop of the Polaris. I thought I'd be sad to see it go being it was our first and that we always did well with it but, racing more than two sleds is not a real good idea financially. Things don't always blow up, but sometimes they do.

It will become a machine owned by a big race team out of Saskatchewan. I'm looking forward to hear how it runs. And now, a photo of the new one which I have clamied as my own. I was SO very thrilled that I was able to start it myself, first pull. DH said I looked like a kid on Christmas morning when it fired up, lol. Looking forward to some riding this Winter.

Here's hoping to more snow than last Winter, but not to much.
